ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    ● You will get to work closely with the team and get exposed to a wide range of customer-facing roles.
    ● You'll get mentoring and guidance, as well as the opportunity to be a part of a lean, early-stage team.
    ● Preparing job descriptions based on different profiles and lists on various platforms.
    ● Generating leads.
    ● Calling and screening prospective candidates.
    ● Coordinating interviews with them & internal stakeholders.
    ● Screening the candidates and taking them through the end-to-end hiring cycle.
    ● Maintaining/updating the employee’s/intern's trackers.
    ● Handling Intern Training.
    ● Maintaining a constant pool of Interns/employees for the company.
    ● Working on data collation.

REQUIREMENTS

    ● Completed/Pursuing an undergraduate or a postgraduate program.
    ● Should be available for an 3 months internship.
    ● Strong communication skills.
    ● Ability to multi-task and excellent organizational skills.
    ● Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
    ● Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

COMMITMENT

    4 Months, Flexible timing (5 hours /day, 5 Days a Week)
